I wanted to write to thank you for the work you have done to resolve our IT issues efficiently and effectively. It was a huge relief to have each computer, printer and laptop in the office synchronised and fully operational. I had given up with my own PC and thought the issue was terminal and it was going to have to be replaced. It’s now working better than ever.

The internet was very slow and we frequently lost signal. The new router and set up seems to have done the trick, things are much faster and the loss of signal much less frequent.

The small changes you made to my screen resolution have made it much easier for me to undertake detailed work and analysis at the computer. I’m amazed at how such a small tweak can make such a big difference.
